The electrical voltage throughout the hotel is 220V. Before connecting your appliances (hair dryers, chargers, shavers), please check if they are compatible or dual voltage.

Traveling with little ones? We have a complete structure (subject to availability) to make parents' lives easier: In the room, we provide a crib and bathtub. For outings, we offer stroller rentals. Our Baby Pantry is equipped with a microwave, blender, and utensils for preparing baby meals. And for fun, we have a children's pool and playground.
Relax in our sauna (dry and steam) or stay fit in the gym. If you want something more exclusive, consult our massage menu at the reception (service with separate payment).
To ensure everyone has a pleasant experience: The use of individual speakers is not permitted in social areas. For everyone's food safety, we do not allow the consumption of food and beverages brought from outside in the hotel's common areas.
Our pool is the heart of the hotel! For your safety, lifeguards are on duty from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please note: the pool depth is 1.80 meters. For your convenience, we provide towels exclusively for pool use. Please note: Don't forget to return your towel card at check-out. Failure to return it will result in a fee of R$ 50.00 per card.
